Sauna stone replacement
Sauna stones are materials that wear out during use. Continuous heating and cooling place stress on the stones, and over time they may crack, crumble and produce stone dust or small fragments.
How often sauna stones need to be replaced depends on the type of sauna heater, how frequently the sauna is used and the condition of the stones. The condition of the stones should be checked regularly, and damaged or heavily deteriorated stones should be replaced when necessary.
We can remove the old sauna stones and correctly arrange the new stones in the sauna heater.
If a fault is discovered in the electrical components of the sauna heater during the work, electrical work requiring a qualified electrician is not included in a standard sauna maintenance service.
Oiling and treatment of sauna benches
Sauna benches are continuously exposed to moisture, heat and dirt caused by regular use. Over time, the wood may dry out, darken or develop an uneven appearance.
Proper cleaning and treatment help protect the wooden surfaces and keep the sauna looking clean and well maintained for longer.

Before starting the work, the installer evaluates the condition of the wooden surfaces and determines the appropriate treatment.

Depending on the nature of the work and the current conditions set by the Finnish Tax Administration, sauna maintenance or renovation work carried out in a home may qualify for the household tax deduction.
The current conditions and types of work eligible for the household tax deduction should always be checked from the Finnish Tax Administration's up-to-date instructions according to your individual situation.
